Low Cost options with supervised Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying). Because everyone deserves therapy.

At Endless Therapy Lounge, we believe cost should never be the reason someone goes without support. Our Affordable Therapy Program offers low-cost virtual sessions across Ontario with our intern therapists, holding a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) status with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
Each student therapist is closely supervised by an experienced clinical supervisor and supported by me, Wafa Naseem, RP & Clinical Director, to ensure you receive safe, high-quality, and client-centred care.
Our Affordable Therapy Program connects you with intern therapists who are completing their supervised practicum training. They bring fresh perspectives and modern techniques, while practicing under close supervision to ensure safe, high-quality care.
If cost is still a barrier, we also offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots to keep therapy accessible when it's needed most.
We know how intimidating therapy costs can feel, especially for students, newcomers, and anyone rebuilding. This program is our way of making sure support is there when you need it, at a price that works.
Our therapists are knowledgeable, empathetic, and bring a fresh perspective. Click through to learn more and book directly.

Hi, I'm Nadia - a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I love working with individuals who are ready to dive into self-discovery, unpack life's transitions, or simply find better ways to manage everyday stress.
Our time together will always be collaborative and customized entirely to your own pace and comfort level. I focus heavily on building a compassionate partnership where you can gain fresh perspectives and practical tools for your mental well-being.
Outside of the therapy room, I'm usually resetting by listening to my favourite music, spending time with friends, or watching movies with lots of popcorn!
My path here really started with a genuine curiosity about human behaviour and a desire to help people navigate the messy parts of life. I wanted a career where I could combine my background in psychology and science with real, authentic human connection.
Psychotherapy is exactly that for me - a space where I get to help people feel seen, heard, and supported when they need it most!
Think of our sessions as a team effort in a totally safe, welcoming space. We'll look at what's feeling heavy, figure out where it's coming from, and work on practical ways to help you feel more like yourself again. I want you to leave our time together feeling deeply understood, empowered, and ready to take on the rest of your week with some fresh eyes!

Hi, I'm Zahra! Mental health challenges are something we all experience in one way or another throughout our lives, and through my own experiences of navigating my identity, I understand how overwhelming, isolating, and uncertain things can feel, especially when you're trying to make sense of it all on your own.
My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you can show up as yourself and explore what matters most to you. I take a collaborative and authentic approach to therapy, building genuine connections that support the real, sometimes messy work of healing, all while honouring empowerment and cultural sensitivity.
I am particularly drawn to supporting clients through life's ups and downs, including working through trauma, navigating anxiety, building self-esteem, moving through burnout, and exploring relationship concerns or major life transitions. I hold a special place in my work for girls and women navigating trauma and carrying the quiet weight of anxiety.
Outside of therapy, you'll often find me enjoying peaceful nature walks, sipping iced coffee, exploring new cafes and restaurants, baking sweet treats, or spending time with family.
I've always been someone others turned to for understanding and support, even from a young age. Over time, I realized this wasn't just something I did - it was something deeply meaningful to me. Through both education and my own journey with self-acceptance, I've learned just how deeply these experiences shape our well-being.
While the journey of healing isn't always easy, having someone by your side through each step - gaining clarity, feeling understood, and normalizing your experiences - can be powerful and transformative. Whether it's embracing who you are, setting boundaries, or discovering what truly feels right for you, I'm here to walk alongside you.
In our sessions, my goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you feel safe to share openly and explore what truly matters to you, even when that means sitting with uneasy feelings or being fully vulnerable. Together, we'll focus on understanding your experiences and finding compassionate ways to move toward your goals and well-being. Each session is guided by curiosity, empathy, and collaboration, tailored to meet you where you are. My hope is that you leave feeling seen, grounded, and supported as you navigate meaningful changes in your life.

Hi, I'm Fiona, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a background in Human Resources and a genuine passion for supporting people through life's challenges and transitions.
I have a particular interest in working with parents, couples and individuals navigating relationship struggles, and those feeling overwhelmed by the demands of family life or significant life changes. I'm also passionate about supporting women's mental health, particularly during pregnancy, the postpartum period, perimenopause, and menopause.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients recognize their strengths, gain new perspectives, and create meaningful change.
Outside of therapy, I'm a travel enthusiast who loves exploring new places and revisiting some of my favourite destinations with my children - watching them experience the world's beauty for the first time is an endless source of joy for me. We also love sunset chasing; there's nothing more healing or powerful to me than ending the day beneath a magnificent sunset sky. I'm also a music enthusiast and my wonderfully eclectic playlists are proof that for me, no genre is off limits!
I realized very early in my HR career that people are my passion. Working in HR has given me the privilege of supporting people through every stage of their journey, from the nerves of a job interview and the excitement of a new role to workplace challenges, personal loss, pregnancy, illness, family crisis, marriage, divorce, retirement and other significant life events.
While these experiences sparked my desire to pursue psychotherapy, my own life has deepened that calling. As an immigrant to Canada, I have experienced the grief of leaving my homeland, adapting to a new culture, and rebuilding my life while balancing the demands of being a busy working single mother. Navigating the breakdown of a relationship, embracing a new identity as a single parent, learning to co-parent effectively, and supporting my children's emotional wellbeing have all strengthened my empathy, resilience, and belief in the power of healing. These personal and professional experiences have inspired me to become a psychotherapist, where I can help others recognise their own strengths, overcome adversity, and learn to thrive.
I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can take a long exhale - a place where you are genuinely heard, understood, and accepted exactly as you are without judgement. I will meet you where you are with empathy, compassion, and unconditional support, working alongside you to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and develop the confidence to navigate the curveballs that life often throws us. My hope is that you leave each session feeling lighter, more empowered, and with a renewed sense of self-belief and possibility as you move forward.
