Psychotherapy is a collaborative process where you work with a trained therapist to understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. It's a safe, confidential space to work through challenges, build coping tools, and grow — at your own pace.
All our sessions are held online via a secure, private video platform. You'll receive a link before your appointment — all you need is a quiet, comfortable space and an internet connection. Therapy from wherever you feel safe.
Start by booking a free 15-minute consultation through our booking system. This lets us understand your needs and match you with the right therapist before you commit to a full session.
Our Affordable Therapy Program offers individual sessions at $80 (50 minutes) and couples sessions at $100, with Master’s-level intern therapists who hold Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) status with the CRPO. They’re closely supervised by an experienced clinical supervisor and by Wafa — same confidentiality, same care, reduced rate. A limited number of sliding-scale spots are also available; just ask at your free consultation.
Absolutely. Confidentiality is the foundation of therapy. What you share stays between you and your therapist, with very limited legal exceptions (such as risk of harm) that your therapist will explain clearly at the start.
Your first session is about getting to know each other. Your therapist will ask about what brings you in, what you're hoping for, and your background — all at a comfortable pace. There's no pressure to share more than you're ready to.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the spot to someone else. Full details are shared when you book your first session.
Yes. Our registered psychotherapists provide receipts that are eligible for reimbursement under many extended health benefit plans. We recommend checking your specific plan for psychotherapy coverage.
We are not a crisis or distress line and cannot provide emergency services. If you're in crisis, please call or text 9-8-8 (Suicide Crisis Helpline) or dial 911. You deserve immediate support, and these services are available 24/7.
