Independent Contractor – Registered Psychotherapist

Independent Contractor - Virtual - Ontario
Posted August 1, 2026

Join our collective as a fully registered psychotherapist, offering virtual sessions to clients across Ontario with the freedom to build your own caseload.

Endless Therapy Lounge is growing, and we are looking for Registered Psychotherapists (RP) and Registered Social Workers (RSW) to join us as independent contractors.

This is a fully virtual role serving clients across Ontario. You set your own hours and build a caseload that fits your life, while we handle the referrals, booking, billing, and administrative support so you can focus on client care.

We are a culturally responsive practice with a strong focus on BIPOC communities, newcomers, and clients who have historically found therapy hard to access. We would love to hear from clinicians who share that commitment.

What you will do

  • Provide virtual individual and/or couples psychotherapy to clients across Ontario
  • Maintain clinical notes and records in line with CRPO/OCSWSSW standards
  • Collaborate with the ETL team through consultation and case discussion
  • Set and manage your own availability through our booking system
  • Participate in optional team meetings and professional development

What we are looking for

  • Registered and in good standing with the CRPO or OCSWSSW
  • Professional liability insurance
  • Experience providing virtual therapy
  • A culturally responsive, client-centred approach
  • Commitment to serving BIPOC, immigrant, and underserved communities is an asset
  • Additional languages are an asset

You will receive regular clinical supervision, support with case conceptualization, and the chance to build a real caseload in a warm, culturally grounded practice.

What you will do

  • Provide virtual therapy to clients within the Affordable Therapy Program
  • Attend regular clinical supervision sessions
  • Maintain clinical documentation to professional standards
  • Participate in team consultation and learning opportunities

  • Currently enrolled in a master's-level counselling or psychotherapy program
  • Eligible to register with the CRPO as a Qualifying member
  • Placement requirements and hours confirmed by your academic institution
